Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Santiago de Chile
Pick up from the airport and reception at the hotel.

Day 2 City Tour in Santiago de Chile
After breakfast transfer to the airport. First of all, we will visit the Santa Lucia Hill, the place where the Spanish Pedro de Valdivia, decided to found the capital of Chile in this valley. On the hill you will be able to see the city from the height and in its highest viewpoint you will be able to take magnificent pictures of Santiago. Then we will head to the city's ground zero, located in the Plaza de Armas, in the historic center, where we will visit the colonial buildings of the Municipality of Santiago, the National Museum, the Post Office building and the beautiful Cathedral Church. To continue with the beautiful buildings of the old congress and the Palace of Justice. We will continue with a visit to the civic district where the most important building is the government house called La Moneda.

Day 3 Santiago Puerto Natales.

Today we travel from Santiago to Puerto Natales. On this trip we head south to the Patagonian south. We arrive in the afternoon to rest and stroll in Puerto Natales.

Day 4 Torres del Paine

We leave our hotel in our private transport to the viewpoint Cerro Castillo and Mirador Lago Sarmiento. After a trip of about 1 hour we enter through Laguna Amarga, to Torres del Paine National Park. Visit to Salto Grande and hike to Pehoe Lake viewpoint, panoramic view. After lunch at Lago Grey with an excellent view. After lunch, hike along the beach of Lago Grey. Our last stop is the Milodon Cave.

Day 5 ROCK PAINTINGS - CERRO BENITEZ

We head north of Puerto Natales a little more than 25 km, we will visit the Archaeological Park located inside an Estancia Ernesto Helmer, a landscape that rises from the bottom of the sea and that today we can walk and observe its mountains, crevices, overhangs and valleys. In the sector it is possible to access the roosts of condors that dominate the skies in this place and once we reach the summit we will have a spectacular panoramic view of the Eberhard Fjord and Señoret Channel. Cerro Benitez is part of a paleontological sector that houses cave paintings of approximately 3,500 years old. We will visit the cave of the window, this cave has an approximate height of 4 meters and its size is 70 square meters approximately, we will be able to observe millenary stalactites that formed as a result of the accumulation of salts and minerals plus a constant dripping of water, taking thousands of years to form. observing cave paintings on the rocky walls.

Day 6 Puerto Natales Calafate

In the morning we travel to Calafate in our local transportation. After lunch in Calafate we will walk around Calafate. Visiting the little shops that sell the sweet of Calafate. In the evening we will taste the Patagonian lamb.

Day 7 Calafate Perito Moreno Navigation Nautical Safari.

The excursion consists of a navigation on the Rico Lake that allows to appreciate the icebergs coming from the ice walls of the Perito Moreno Glacier. This excursion lasts approximately 1 hour and offers the possibility of observing with a totally different perspective the impressive walls of the Perito Moreno Glacier and its continuous collapses on the waters of Rico Lake. You will be able to observe icebergs that have detached from the walls. Once in front of the wall, the boat stops for a few minutes to observe the landscape in more detail. Interesting for photographs and filming. The boarding is done in the "Bajo de las Sombras", approximately 6 km from the glacier viewpoint. Ideal to combine the day with the excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier National Park.

Day 8 Calafate heading to Chalten

Today we visit the valley of the Condores and transportation to Chalten. Here we will have a briffin for the next day's excursion.

Day 9 Medium difficulty trekking in El Chalten 9 km to Laguna Torre viewpoint.

The route is not very difficult when you are in such a beautiful landscape and nature. Today we will leave with our snacks to eat on the way. Many are the viewpoints and many are the wonderful views.

Day 10 Trekking Chorrillo del Salto or if you have the desire you can do a longer hike.
It is a waterfall of 20 meters. It is located 4 kilometers from El Chaltén, part of the way along the road and the other part along the National Park trail. Because it is so close, it can be reached on foot in 1 hour, or by car in 15 minutes along Route 41 bordering the Las Vueltas River. This circuit also has a bike path.

Day 11 From Chalten to Calafate and flight to Buenos Aires.

Calafate in the afternoon we will visit calafate chocolate shops and taste calafate candy.

Day 12: Buenos Aires, City Tour in the afternoon

Arrival at Buenos Aires airport at 07.35 am transfer to the hotel with early check-in and time to rest until lunch. After lunch guided city tour of Buenos Aires by private bus with guide in the language. Meals included: Breakfast

Overnight in Buenos Aires to Waldorf Hotel (private bus).

Day 13: flight Buenos Aires to Salta, City tour in the afternoon

In the morning after breakfast, we are flying to Salta. From there we drive in our private transportation to the Hotel, arrival and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon we will make a city tour, visiting the most important points of Salta la linda: the historic center, the Plaza 9 de Julio, the Basilica Cathedral and the Cabildo, the church of San Francisco and the convent of San Bernardo, the Cerro San Bernardo, the monument of Güemes, the old artisan market, the Baqueros river, the cultural center of America, the minor, the stream of Catellano and the Villa de San Lorenzo.

Day 14: Salta - Cafayate, Calchaquies Valley

The excursion departs from the city of Salta heading south on RN68 and travels through Cerrillos, La Merced, El Carril, Alemania, Quebrada del Rio Las Conchas, making the corresponding stops at the different geological formations such as, La Garganta del Diablo, El Obelisco and El Anfiteatro among others and breathtaking scenery! In Cafayate we will have time for lunch and visit two wineries and the Calchaquíes Valley. Meals included: Breakfast Night Cafayate: Hotel Munay Cafayate (by sprinter)

Day 15: Cafayate - Quebrada de las Flechas - Cachi Campo Quijano

Today we will get to know a breathtaking landscape along route 40! We leave Calafate, passing through the Quebrada de las Flechas until we reach Cachi. Meals included: Breakfast. Night Cachi: Hotel La Cabaña Las Lomitas (by sprinter).

Day 16: Campo Quijano - San Antonio de las Cobres

From Campo Quijano we start with the destination of San Antonio de las Cobres, where we will spend the night. Meals included: Breakfast. Overnight in San Antonio de las Cobres: Hotel de las Nubas (by sprinter)

Day 17: San Antonio de las Cobres - Viaducto la Polvorilla by train of the clouds - Salines grande - Purmamarca

Today we take a ride on the train of the clouds from the San Antonio train station to the Polvorilla viaduct. The ride takes an hour to reach the viaduct at an altitude of 4,200 m, where you can appreciate the most impressive engineering work of the last century. Then we return to San Antonio de los Cobres, where we arrive around 02.00 p.m. for lunch and then visit the salt mines. Finally, we continue to Purmamarca by car. Lunch included: Breakfast. Night in Purmamarcas: Hotel Casa de Piedra (by train and sprinter).

Day 18: Purmamarca - Salta

From Purmamarca we cross the great salt lake and visit the Cerro de los siete colores, which is a spectacular ecological formation in Purmamarca. On the way we also pass by the posta de hornillos, Tilacara and Huacalera. We will continue the journey to Uquia to visit the church of Uquia, where we can see paintings of the Cusco school, which is known as the Arcabuceros Angels. Then we visit Humahuaca, a beautiful town with narrow streets and representing the culture of the Coya people. The Quebrada de Humahuaca was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003 for its historical and cultural background. Here we visit the Freedom Memorial and the Cathedral.

Day 19: Salta - Buenos Aires
We will go to the airport, land at Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini International Airport and transfer to the hotel in the city of Buenos Aires. Afterwards we will have a City Tour through the most emblematic places of the city of Buenos Aires. Visiting the Congress of the Nation, Plaza de Mayo next to the Casa Rosada, which is the Government House and the Cathedral and the Cabildo, all gathered around the Plaza. We will see the Colon Theater, recently reopened after the restoration works carried out by the Government of the City. Neighborhoods with history such as San Telmo, during the nights there are houses for tango or milongas, or La Boca, where the first immigrants settled, mostly of Spanish and Italian origin, where we will stop at Caminito. Other neighborhoods to visit are the residential neighborhood of Palermo with its forests and beautiful parks, Puerto Madero, the last and most modern of all, where the abandoned docks were rebuilt, creating the most exclusive neighborhood of today. La Recoleta is another point of our excursion, with its Cemetery surrounded by fine cafes and restaurants, next to the Pilar Church.

Day 20: Buenos Aires - Departure to Iguazu

We will transfer from the hotel to Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires to take the flight to Iguazu. We will be met at the Iguazu Airport to take us to the Hotel.

Day 21: Iguazu Falls: Argentina & Navigation on the Iguazu River (Great Adventure)

Iguazu Falls: Argentina. We will visit the Iguazu National Park, created in 1934 with the purpose of protecting the Iguazu Falls and the biodiversity that surrounds them, within the 67,610ha within which it extends. The Park was declared a World Heritage Site in 1984, and the Falls were included among the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. In addition to the incredible 275 waterfalls of up to 80 meters high, 80% of which are on the Argentine side, we can observe, tour and be in direct contact with the subtropical rainforest that surrounds them. The flora is developed in different strata, being some examples the curupay, the cupay, the seibo, whose flower is the National Flower of the country, and trees like the palmito and the palo rosa. The fauna is composed of more than 400 species of birds, the most striking being the swift, which crosses the waterfalls to create their nests in the rock behind the falls; thousands of multicolored butterflies and endangered animals such as the jaguar, the tapir and the great anteater. Walking through the different trails with footbridges that the Park offers, you can get a different view of the incredible landscapes it houses. The Lower Circuit, with more contact with nature, the Upper, giving us excellent panoramic views of all the falls and the islands of the delta, and the impressive viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo, from which we will feel the fury of the water falling in numerous jumps in the form of horseshoe, more than 80mts high.

Day 22:Iguazu Falls: Brazil
We begin a journey through the Brazilian roads until we reach the Iguazu National Park, which has a protected area of subtropical rainforest of 175,000 hectares. Due to the conservationist work that is developed in the area, we can marvel at the different species of birds, butterflies, flowers and all kinds of animal and forest life. Once we enter the park, internal buses take us to the point where the 1200 meters long walkways begin, a route that will allow us to get the best views of the falls that make up the waterfalls, undoubtedly the best panoramic view of the Parque Nacional do Iguaçú. At the end of these walkways is a viewpoint of each of the Devil's Throat which can be accessed by stairs or by a panoramic elevator, from where we can take some wonderful pictures of this imposing jump. An extremely beautiful tour awaits us through a unique 1 km walkway to see from another point, the Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side. During this tour, besides being able to learn a little more about the fauna and flora, we can have a unique postcard of the falls, since the area is clearer in terms of waterfalls, since most of them are on the Argentine side, forming a wall of water 2700 meters wide. Therefore, the Devil's Throat, on this side will look in all its splendor to leave us amazed. In addition, this place is the habitat of rare species of flora and fauna, some of them in danger of extinction, such as the giant otter, the anteater, the jaguar, the common deer, the yellow caiman. We can also find native flowers such as orchids, bromeliads and countless butterflies. After finishing this tour we will take the transfer to the exit of the park.

Day 23:Iguazu Buenos Aires
Free day and in the evening barbecue and tango schow.

Day 24: Buenos Aires Return international flight or request extensions.

Transfer to our international flight.
