Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival - Buenos Aires
Arrival at the airport Ezeiza in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Our guide is going to welcome and pick you up at the airport. He is going to drive you with a private car to your hotel. After the check-in you have the day free to recover from your flight and prepare for your coming journey.

Day: 2 Buenos Aires " City Tour"
After the breakfast in your hotel we are going on a city tour to discover the beauty of Buenos Aires. We start at the municipal center, where we are going to visit the impressive parliament building, the Plaza Mayo, the Casa Rosada (residence of the state president), the Cabildo (city council) and the cathedral Metropolitana. The Teatro Colón, one of the most famous operas worldwide, is our next stop. Afterwards we continue in the traditional district San Telmo. We stroll through the picturesque streets and the antique market. Next we visit the artists' quarter La Boca, where the first Italian immigrants have settled down. Furthermore the district is famous for its picturesque, colorful architecture and is supposed to be one of the birth places of the Argentinian dance tango. We continue our tour in the prosperous quarter Palermo, where we visit the park de Palermo and the planetarium. Our last stop is the urban district La Recoleta, one of the wealthiest districts in Buenos Aires. The afternoon is free. We spend the night in Buenos Aires.

Day 3: Buenos Aires - San Carlos de Bariloche
We eat breakfast in our hotel and adjust our program of today to the time of your flight to San Carlos de Bariloche. We drive you to the airport El Clafate and pick you up after your arrival in San Carlos de Barioche. We take you to your hotel, where you're going to check in and spend the night.

Day 4: San Carlos de Bariloche
We eat an early breakfast in our hotel. In the morning hours we leave for the tour Circuit Chico y Punto Panoramica (regular service). The walking tour starts at the Avenida Bustillo and goes along the lake Nahuel Huapi. We pass the beach playa bonita and the island Huemul before we arrive at the mountain Cerro Campanario. You have the opportunity to ride with a cable car (passenger traffic) to the top. At the peak you find a terrace and a bar, from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama. We continue our tour on the Avenida Bustillo and arrive at the gorgeous peninsula San Pedro and a panorama platform at Villa Llao Llao. We walk further along the lake Escondido and a bridge crossing the creek Angostura until we reach another viewpoint. From here you have a spectacular view over the landscape surrounding the lake Moreno and the peninsula Llao Llao. We drive back to the city and spend there a free afternoon.

Day 5: San Carlos Bariloche - Cerro Cathedral - Lake Puelo
Today we spend the morning with a trip to the Centro de Sky (ski region) and the afternoon is free. We recommend you a boat tour on the lake Nahuel Huapi. You can choose between a tour to the islands Victoria with myrtle forests and the harbor Blest with the waterfalls Los Cantaros (the tours are not included).


Day 6: Lake Puelo
After our breakfast in the morning we go on a tour to the waterfalls of the river Azul and a viewpoint close to the lake Puelo. In the afternoon our program will cover a walking tour in the National Park Puelo. The greenish-blue water of the lake seems to be a fantastic mirror, which reaches from north to south to the river of the same name.

Day 7: Lake Puelo - National Park Los Alerces
Today we spent the day in one of the most interesting touristic centers. We are going to admire the natural beauty of the alternating untouched forests, river rapids, mountain ranges and towering glaciers. Afterwards we drive back to Lake Puelo.

Day 8: Lake Puelo - Barbecue
Today we use the day to relax and immerse into the Argentinian way of life during a traditional barbecue of the Argentinian cuisine at the feet of the river Azul.

Day 9: Lake Puelo
Breakfast in the hotel. We adjust our program to the time of your flight. We drive you to the airport and pick you up after your arrival in Iguazu. We drive you to your hotel, where you check-in and spend the rest of the day as you like.

Day 10: Puerto Iguazu
We eat breakfast in the hotel and the rest of the day is free, so you can do whatever you like.

Day 11: Puerto Iguazu
Breakfast in your hotel. Early in the morning we start our tour to the waterfalls of Iguazu (regular service). We take the highway N°12. After 18km we arrive at the National Park Iguazu, where the waterfalls are located. The National Park has been founded 1934 to secure the waterfalls as well as the surrounding exuberant rain forest with its variety in flora and fauna. This is one of the richest natural regions in Argentina. The infrastructure built for the tourists is called the "Área Cataratas" of the park. In the year 2001 hiking trails to the most attractive spots were created to reduce the ecological destruction. The passenger transport to the park is with a gas-powered train, which has a minimal impact on the nature. The people of Iguazu call it "Trencito Ecológico" ("little green train"). The use of the train is without additional costs for the tourists and a ride from the main station to the park takes only about 18 minutes. Once we arrived at the gorge, called the devil's throat, we walk 1200m along the gorge. During this time we admire the spectacular balcony of the impressive waterfalls la Gargante de Diablo. You have time to eat lunch (at one's own expenses) and to walk on the superior and inferior circuits. Finally we wander back to the touristic center, where our vehicle takes us back to the hotel.

Day 12: Puerto Iguazu - Buenos Aires
Breakfast in the hotel. Today we are going to visit the waterfalls on the Brazilian site (regular service). It will be an unforgettable trip! The Brazilian National Park was founded 1939 and since 1986 it belongs to the UNESCO world cultural heritage. It is 185.000 hectare big and it reaches from the Avenida of the waterfalls to the river mouth of the Iguazu. After we arrive at the visitor center we take a touristic shuttle through the rain forest until we are able to spot the waterfalls. During the ride we have a perfect view of the rich, subtropical vegetation. After our ride we are walking on a circuit to a viewing point, from where we have an magnificent view of the island Sant Martin and the waterfalls. The circuit is only 1200m but has many steps. You have the opportunity the ride an elevator, which enables you to admire the panorama from different perspectives. The way back takes us about 3 hours. We drive back to the city Puerto Iguazu. In the afternoon we drive to the airport and you are going to fly to Buenos Aires. After your arrival we are going to pick you up and take you to your hotel.

Day 13: Buenos Aires - Flight back home
Breakfast in the hotel. We reached the end of our journey. We take you to the international airport and say goodbye. We hope you had an unforgettable experience and have a pleasant and safe trip home.
